Welcome to Sandy Bottoms, our oceanfront pet friendly coastal apartment with amazing beach views. Located in Oak Island, one of North Carolina’s best beach towns. Enjoy our house w/ direct beach access (100 steps to water). The downstairs unit has 1BR/1BA, living room, kitchenette. Laundry room w/ washer & dryer. 1 covered & 1 uncovered parking spot. Upstairs cottage available separately.

The Space

Downstairs Unit

Bedroom - king bed, 2 night stands with lamps, fan, smart TV, storage ottoman with extra blanket and pillow.

Hall bathroom - hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper.

Kitchenette - stainless steel sink, dish rack, microwave, mini refrigerator, Dishes in cabinet and flatware in drawer. 1 kitchen towel and 1 roll of paper towel. Trash can. Bar table with 2 stools.

Living room - sliding door for enjoying ocean views, decor cabinet, sofa, swivel rocker, coffee table, table with remote controls under the TV, smart TV, and fan.

Lower deck - Tiki lounge, outdoor sofa, 2 outdoor chairs, 2 rope chairs, bar top table, 2 hammocks and 2 outdoor pillows. Shared with upstairs unit 1 conch shell shower, 1 shower with hot water, and 1 hose to rinse off prior to entering the home.

Laundry Room

Shared with upstairs unit. Washer, dryer, drying rack, fan and cleaning towels in the cabinet over the dryer.

Guest will have access to the downstairs apartment and laundry room. Paved driveway, carport with 1 covered, and 1 uncovered space.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
